Well I have been crazy busy and not updating this at ALL! I have a internship at a gallery in Uptown, a part time job at a video store, have a piece in a group show and now have a solo show at the Center On Halstad.
"the other side" at the Center on Halstad, starts tomorrow.
The show has two bodies of work, my magazine pieces and abstract paintings. The show is 90%. They play off of each other, both in the fact that they are abstracted, and black, and the textures and meanings in the texture play off of the metaphors with in the magazine pieces.
